Virtual Yoga Classes

As an athlete, I am very much attracted to the discipline and science behind yoga and I bring that to my teaching. I teach a slow, meditative style of yoga. I incorporate breath work and gentle yet thorough stretching in each class. Classes are appropriate for both beginners and advanced practitioners.

Yoga is much more than just the physical postures (asana), and I always encourage exploration of the physical, mental, and emotional bodies during practice.

Daily Classes

I currently offer 60-minute virtual yoga sessions eight times per week. My schedule:

Morning Yoga: 6am (M)
Morning Yoga: 6am (F)
Saturday Morning Yoga: 9:30am

Classes are $10/class

Sunday Yoga Devotional

At 10:00 am on every other Sunday, join me for an hour of gathering with the community. The session includes a seated check-in with the breath, upper body stretching, traditional chanting, and concludes with an extended chant of OM.

Class is donation-based.
